Microsoft Modern Work Support Specialist ID-1097

SAIC is seeking a Microsoft Modern Work Specialist with expertise in Microsoft 365 to support the US Army 365 (A365) End Users. In this role, you will be responsible for helping organizations optimize their use of M365 tools and services to enhance productivity and collaboration. This role involves understanding client needs, providing strategic guidance, and facilitating the successful adoption of M365 solutions.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
  • Work closely with clients to assess their current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement through M365 tools.
  • Develop and deliver tailored training sessions and workshops to educate users on M365 features and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients during and after implementation of M365 solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of M365 solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and related technologies to provide up-to-date advice and guidance to our clients.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's and nine (9)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Expert-level skills in Windows 10/11 technologies (AutoPilot, AlwaysOn VPN. BitLocker, MDM and MAM, Defender ATP, Windows Virtual Desktop, System Centre).
  • Experience with Microsoft Online Services cloud platforms: M365 (including Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Premium, M365 E5, Entra ID, Dynamic 365, and Power Platform) as well as different Microsoft licensing models.
  • Expert-level skills in M365 Collaboration Services (O365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, along with proficiency developing and troubleshooting PowerApps and Flow."
  • Experience with implementing and managing endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID for endpoint, and group policy management.
  • Client support and troubleshooting (Outlook, Outlook for Mac, IMAP, POP3, Mobile Devices).
  • Experience with Office/Outlook add-ins (.NET/Com, Modern Add-in deployment).

Required Certifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • DoD 8570 IAT certification, Level I or higher, such as A+ CE, Network+ CE, Security+ CE, CASP+, etc

Required Security Clearance:

  • Must have an active secret clearance and must be able to obtain a Top Secret

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
