Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with a robust background in programming, SQL, and a deep understanding of the marketing domain. This role demands expertise in building scalable data infrastructures and working with cloud applications, primarily AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Infrastructure: Design, build, and scale data infrastructure to support batch and real-time processing of millions of records.
- High-Level Design: Develop and implement scalable web and cloud solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, product designers, managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Performance Management: Continuously evaluate and address performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility of systems.
- Innovation: Research and prototype new ideas, technologies, and patterns.
- Ownership: Take full ownership of initiatives, ensuring end-to-end solution delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Data Engineer role.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge in the Marketing Domain.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or Marketo.
- Extensive experience with AWS components (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS) and any ETL tool.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
- Advanced SQL knowledge, including database programming, procedures, and functions.
- Experience with building and using APIs for data extraction.
- Full-stack development experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with workflow management tools like Airflow or Oozie.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL.
