Job Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can transform ideas and brand concepts into compelling visual narratives. In this outsourced role, you will collaborate directly with our client’s marketing team, copywriters, and other creative stakeholders to produce cohesive and on-brand digital and print collateral. Your innovative mindset and keen design eye will be instrumental in shaping our client’s visual identity and overall brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Branding:
    • Create captivating visuals (e.g., logos, social media graphics, marketing materials) that align with our client’s brand guidelines and objectives
  • Collaborative Projects:
    • Work closely with the client’s marketing, content, and product teams to develop design solutions that resonate with target audiences
  • Asset Management:
    • Organize and maintain design assets, ensuring that deliverables are consistent and on-brand across all platforms and mediums
  • Trend Awareness:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, proactively suggesting creative improvements or new design approaches
  • Quality Control:
    • Review final designs for accuracy and quality, incorporating feedback to continuously refine and optimize your work

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work with a portfolio showcasing a variety of styles, techniques, and real-world projects
  • Design Tools & Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with emerging design tools or platforms
  • Digital & Print Experience:Demonstrated skill in designing for multiple mediums—online ads, social media posts, print brochures, etc
  • Attention to Detail:Keen eye for typography, layout, color, and composition
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to interpret briefs, articulate design rationale, and incorporate feedback from diverse team members
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders
