Key Objectives and Responsibilities
This is a fast-paced, business development role where you will work on several client projects at once. There is a clear focus on outcomes — leading to transferable skill development in project management, sales, negotiation, client relationship building, psychology and more. As a growing startup, our roles are always evolving and you will get to experience a steep learning curve.

  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate sales-ready leads for performance clients and book meetings for legacy clients you’re assigned to work with.
  • Proactive outreach and follow-ups to prospects via the phone or with customised videos
  • Qualify prospects through needs analysis, budget and purchase authority (BANT)
  • Logging interactions & documenting market feedback as well as insights in SalesOS
  • Manage and maintain the contact database by enriching data within the CRM (SalesOS)
  • Focus on outcomes to meet weekly and monthly activity & sales targets
  • Provide weekly updates and insights to CSM / team lead for the monthly strategy meetings
  • Building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Provide customised recommendations & suggest an improvement for better results
  • Attending weekly GC meetings and daily huddles to sync with other team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cold email outreach trends and implement best practices
  • Continuous improvements in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales results
