The primary responsibilities of the Trade Spend FSV (Food Service Vending) Claims Sr. Associate is to accurately process incoming customer deduction and check request claims for distributors and operators.  This position interacts with FSV Finance, Sales, Accounts Receivable, and the Trade Spend Systems team.  Strong collaboration and analytical skills are essential for this role.


Responsibilities

  • Validate distributor/operator claims to ensure compliance with PepsiCo Foodservice contracts and Trade Spend guidelines
  • Timely and accurate processing of FSV Trade Spend claims utilizing the various Trade Spend systems; including PACMAN, AMP, TPM, and SAP
  • Analyze customer trade trends and make recommendations to mitigate risk/exposure
  • Ensure exceptional customer support by actively collaborating with customers and internal business partners
  • Minimize P&L leakage by researching and resolving distributor deductions in a timely manner
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to various questions in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and perform special projects as needed
  • Take ownership and deliver against both personal and team goals
  • Drive self-improvement and continuous learning through coaching and feedback

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: High school diploma
  • Strong computer skills & proficiency with Microsoft applications (e.g., intermediate Excel)
  • Strong data analysis experience
  • Proven success in analytical and organizational skills coupled with an attention to detail
  • Proven success prioritizing and multi-tasking assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to interface with multiple levels of internal and external business partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or relevant work experience
  • SAP knowledge
  • Trade Spend and/or FSV experience
  • Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and timely results
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality to sensitive information
