DAYTIME SHIFTS CNA/Caregiver - Private In Home Care

6 HOUR RNS Private Duty Care - Kansas City Metro

Full-time/Part-time

Normal shifts: 7:30am-1:30pm; 8:00am-2:00pm; 9:00am-3:00pm

$20-$21/ hour (based on experience/availability)

RNS is a locally owned and managed company. We service high-end clients in the Kansas City area and we are looking for caring, dependable, team-oriented individuals interested in earning the highest rate in the industry.

Looking for individuals who can work at least 24-40 hours a week.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Licensed driver with a clean driving record and adhere to RNS’s Vehicle Safety Program
  • Vehicle that is insured in accordance with state and/or RNS’ policy
  • Cellphone with Internet and texting capabilities
  • Daily access to RNS’ email
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Must complete all physical and mental demands of job description
  • Has corrected vision and hearing with normal range

Responsibilities:

  • Provides care agreed upon by client or client’s family and RNS case manager.
  • Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with the client, the client’s family and team members.
  • Complies with RNS’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and weekend and holiday availability policies.
  • Current CPR certification (or certified within 3 months of hire).
  • Yearly TB testing and free of communicable diseases.
  • Covid 19 vaccination - preferred.
  • Is responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed.
