About the Practice

The Data Analytics and Architecture (DAA) practice represents a growing capability within Atos, comprising a talented team of analysts, developers, consultants, and architects covering all aspects of the information management lifecycle, from data management through to business intelligence and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Define physical data models
  • Design and deliver data mapping rules for transforming data from source to target
  • Design ETL routines and standards to deliver data management solutions
  • Lead teams of ETL Developers and other project members
  • Code review colleague's ETL routines
  • Participate in pre-sales and bid efforts to define and explain BI data management solutions
  • Act as design authority for small BI and Data Management application projects
  • Deliver client-facing work on requirements gathering and data management solutions

Minimum Requirements

  • Significant experience using at least 2 leading ETL tools across multiple projects, including Azure technology
  • Leadership experience in developer teams
  • In-depth knowledge of Inmon and Kimball data warehouse designs, including slowly changing dimensions
  • Experience across relational and database technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and logical approach to problem-solving
  • Pragmatic and detail-oriented
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Desirable Criteria

  • Data quality understanding and proficiency in data quality/profiling tools
  • Master Data Management theory and application knowledge, along with relevant tools
  • BI tool experience
  • Leading an ETL development team experience
