Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual for our full time customer service role with excellent time management skills and who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction. This is a work from home position for applicants located in the state of Connecticut. Prior customer service & client care experience is preferred but not required.

Duties of the role:

Understand our customer service policies and retention processes working directly with our clients. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service through multiple channels. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide guidance and route feedback

  • Contribute with recommendations and ideas for improvement

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Be self-motivated and have strong desire to work with people

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Positive attitude; going above and beyond to satisfy each customer

  • Be outstanding at relationship building

  • Must live in the state of Connecticut
