About the Role:

We are seeking a Service Manager with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to ensure that the physical aspects of our 335-unit community meet both company standards and applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license, good driving record, personal vehicle, and auto insurance.
  • A 30-minute commute from the property.
  • HVAC/EPA/CFC certification.
  • Stellar communication and customer service skills.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience, preferably at an apartment community.
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
