As a member of our team, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, which requires multitasking abilities, customer service experience, and proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems. You will receive comprehensive training and the necessary computer equipment to perform your duties effectively. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as a Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative, where you will share your expertise on Progressive products and services to ensure customers receive the appropriate insurance coverage through benefits selling. Alternatively, as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will support customers with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, including coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews, while also offering additional products. If you choose to be a Bilingual Claims Representative, you will assist customers who have recently experienced accidents, demonstrating empathy and setting up new claim reports while also offering additional products. To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience or two years of post-secondary education. If you are applying for a sales role, a Property & Casualty license is required, but you will have the opportunity to obtain this during training. Fluency in both Spanish and English, both verbal and written, is essential. Training for this position will begin in September and October 2024, and most schedules will include a weekend day and evening hours after training completion. You will need a designated workspace free from noise and distractions, high-speed internet, and a computer that is physically connected to your router or modem.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license required for sales roles; opportunity to gain it during training.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
