Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for all software and hardware issues encountered during autonomy operations and testing.
  • Perform initial debugging and troubleshooting to capture pertinent details to identify issues and implement resolution and mitigation steps.
  • Report anomalies, bugs, and faults with necessary information to facilitate timely and accurate Engineering investigation and resolution.
  • Create and maintain resolution steps documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Linux command line, GitHub, and Jira.
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with autonomous vehicles and/or robotics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
  • Genuinely curious about how things work (or why they don't).
