Beauty Brands, a leading salon, spa & beauty store with 10 locations in the Kansas City market is looking for talented Nurse Injectors to join our team of talented professionals! We hire salon/spa professionals who infuse their passion into everything they do, every time they enter the store.

Job Summary: An Aesthetic Nurse Injector is responsible for providing non-surgical cosmetic treatments to patients seeking to improve their appearance. This role involves assessing patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and administering injectable treatments with a high level of precision and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Consultations:

  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand patients' cosmetic goals and concerns.
  • Assess the patient's medical history and suitability for various aesthetic procedures.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and educate patients on the available treatments.

 

Treatment Planning:

  • Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patients' desires and expectations.
  • Select appropriate dermal fillers or neurotoxins and determine treatment areas.

Injection Procedures:

  • Administer dermal fillers to restore volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial features.
  • Inject neurotoxins to relax facial muscles and reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
  • Ensure sterile and safe injection techniques, following best practices.

Patient Care:

  • Maintain a compassionate and patient-centered approach to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
  • Address any questions or concerns patients may have before, during, or after the procedure.

Follow-Up and Maintenance:

  • Schedule follow-up appointments to monitor and maintain treatment results.
  • Make any necessary adjustments or touch-ups based on patient feedback.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient consultations, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Keep abreast of changing techniques, products, and safety standards in the field.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant medical regulations and standards.
  • Maintain a sterile and safe treatment environment.

Continuous Education:

  • Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and attend relevant training and conferences.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active state license.
  • Certification in aesthetic injectables, such as Botox and dermal fillers.
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and the aging process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and precision in injection techniques.
  • Aesthetic sensibility and an understanding of patient expectations.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
