We are seeking Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Maintains physical and digital filing systems. Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Correspondence: Administrative assistants often handle incoming and outgoing communication, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and drafting memos or letters on behalf of their superiors.
