The job in a nutshell

We’re seeking a results-oriented sales pioneer to spearhead new business growth through strategic prospecting and cultivating existing accounts. You’ll leverage your commercial acumen to secure new deals while working hand-in-hand with our Customer Success team to unlock hidden potential within our expanding client base.

You’ll spend time on the following

  • Fuel Your Sales Engine:
    • Prospect and Secure New Business in existing accounts: Identify and qualify high-value leads through various prospecting techniques, like cold calling, networking, and industry events. Craft compelling proposals that showcase our solutions’ value proposition and ROI.
    • Become an Account Expansion Expert: Partner strategically with Customer Success to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Dive deep into client needs, uncover hidden growth potential, and craft targeted solutions that maximize customer lifetime value.
    • Forge Unbreakable Client Bonds: Negotiate win-win contracts that ensure healthy margins and client satisfaction. Champion a seamless onboarding experience in collaboration with Customer Success, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Beyond the Sale:
    • Champion the Customer Experience: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Support, and other internal teams to deliver a remarkable customer journey. Actively gather client feedback and champion continuous improvement across all areas – product, marketing, and sales.
    • Be the Voice of Your Clients: Identify potential risks in usage, satisfaction, or sentiment. Work proactively with Customer Success to develop solutions, escalate issues where needed, and ensure timely resolution.
